Pole Classes

Divalicious Dance classes are designed to suit all types of students. Pole dancing classes are a great way to get in shape and keep in shape! Our classes feature high-energy dance moves around a pole that are fun, energized and exciting. Our Fundamentals, Transitional, Elite and Pole Perfection terms are all across 8 weeks, and consist of a weekly 1 hour session of intense Pole instruction including a 15 minute warm-up and 10 minute cool down. We also offer a four week Mini Term to allow our clients to taste pole dancing. The diva can choose their session time at enrolment which then remains fixed for the duration of the course. All you need is a desire to have fun and the commitment to get fit and defy gravity!

Divalicious Pole Play: (1hr class)
This is a fun class for those who have never tried pole dancing and would like to give it a go, or for those who cannot commit to a course but love to pole dance! Pole play is suitable for beginners to elite. Our Divalicious instructors concentrate on pole tricks and answer any questions about other courses. Pole play is a fun filled class with sexy dance moves and tricks. This class is also great for those doing one of our courses to get some extra practice or just to warm up before class.

Divalicious Mini Term: 4 Week Course (1hr per week)
Divalicious 4 week Mini Term is an introductory class that concentrates on pole tricks and a little taste of everything we offer in an 8 week course. Our Mini Term is available to anyone interested in coming along to Divalicious. Your instructor will give you a demonstration on pole work, answer any questions about our courses and allow you to learn a few moves so you’re ready to start in our fundamentals class. Come along, join in the fun and be inspired, get fit and build your confidence today.

Divalicious Fundamentals One: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
This course caters for all novices to the pole or for those that need a refresher in the basics of pole dancing. There is no fitness level or dance background required. You will learn a fun simple routine to music that will include your new pole moves. Each class also includes strength building and flexibility. All our instructors ensure that each student gets personalized attention throughout their 8 week course. Once you’ve completed this course and received your certificate you can move on to Divalicious Fundamentals Two or stay at this level for as long as you like until you feel ready to move up.

Divalicious Fundamentals Two: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
This course is for those who’ve completed our Divalicious Fundamentals One course, or those who have some previous pole dancing experience. Now that your strength and confidence is growing we will teach you a whole new catalogue of moves and a new routine. Once you’ve completed this course you can move onto Divalicious Pole Perfection.

Divalicious Pole Perfection One: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
This course is for those who have completed our Fundamentals One and Two courses and now have the strength and confidence to perfect all sixteen moves you’ve learnt over the last 16 weeks in our fundamental courses. You will revisit your routines and gain enough confidence by completing pole perfection to move up to Divalicious Transitional One and Two.

Divalicious Transitional One: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
Are you ready to go upside down?! This is the start of our upside down tricks and we also introduce hand stands. You will start to learn the basics of aerial movement and a series of new moves that will start to build those muscles and introduce you to a hot new routine. You will have full support of your instructor right through this action packed upside down 8 weeks. So let the acrobatics begin.

Divalicious Transitional Two: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
Look No Hands!!!! Are you ready to let GO?? This is the class you start to let go and learn to use your upper body strength, flexibility and core muscles that you have been working so hard on. You will start to bring the ‘WOW’ factor to your aerial tricks and your new dance routine. Throughout this 8 week course your instructor will be there to support and guide you as you ‘wow’ yourself with your new moves and routine.

Divalicious Pole Perfection Two: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
This course if for those who’ve completed our Transitional One and Two course and now have the strength and confidence to perfect all sixteen moves you have learnt in the past 16 weeks in our transitional courses. You will revisit the routines learnt in the transitional courses and feel confident after completing this course to move up to Divalicious Prep Elite.

Divalicious Prep Elite: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
Strong core, flexibility and upper body strength is essential in this course. Students should be able to perform tricks confidently and be able to link them together with strong sexy smooth movement for their new routine. Bring on the ‘WOW’ factor and ‘NO HANDS’. Prep Elite showcases some awesome aerial combinations and edgy new moves. This course is not for the fainthearted!!

Divalicious Pole Elite: 8 Week Course (1hr per week)
Jaws will drop at the eye catching aerial tricks, combinations and routines in pole elite. Instructors will emphasise effortless and smooth transitions from trick to trick ensuring it looks easy and is breathtaking. Instructors will challenge students to defy gravity, flexibility and encourage student’s individual styles and personality to be choreographed into their own routines.
